Boat Rental Information: 2008 Peak Season for small boats is May 23rd to September 1st.  Full-Day Peak Season rental on all boats is 8 hours. Half-Day Peak Season rental on all boats is 4 hours:  choose between morning (8:30-12:30) or afternoon (1:30-5:30). We do not allow customers to barbecue on board the patio boats. Please take your barbecue off the boat and place it on the shoreline before cooking. A Fire Permit is required and is subject to current fire restriction policies. We reserve the right to correct any errors. Payment of Rental Fee:  Small Boat rental fees must be paid in full fifteen (15) days prior to the check-in date.  If the full rental fee is not received by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled.  Small Boat rental reservations made within fifteen (15) days of the check-in date must pay the full rental amount at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made more than eight (8) days before the check-in date have no penalty.  Cancellations or changes made seven (7) days before the check-in date will be assessed a $50.00 re-booking/cancellation fee.  Security Deposit:  The deposit is required prior to boarding the boat.  The security deposit must be placed on the "Captain's" credit card.  The security deposit will be returned in full if the boat and all the equipment is returned in the same condition it was rented in. Fuel:  Fuel is NOT INCLUDED in the rental amount.  The fuel tank is full when the boat leaves the dock. When the boat is returned, we will re-fill the tank.  The renter is responsible for the cost of fuel consumed. Fuel Restrictions:  Only fuel purchased at the marina may be used in our boats.  No fuel, gasoline containers, gasoline re-fueling stations, etc. may be used in, stored aboard or transported via Emerald Cove Marina boats.
