Most marinas advertise a low base rate, then add tax, propane and pump-out fees at checkout. Our houseboat rates are all-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay, fuel allotment included. Small boat and jet ski rentals leave the dock with a full tank and are simply refueled on return, so you pay only for the fuel you use.

Houseboat Fuel Allotment

Every houseboat trip includes 8 gallons of fuel a night — 56 gallons on a 7-night trip, on us. Small boats: refuel on return, pay only for what you use.
