A Brand New Experience on the Water
Completely reconstructed for the 2025 season, the new Emerald Cove General Store was designed with one goal in mind: to elevate your time on Bullards Bar. We have significantly expanded our footprint, trading the cramped quarters of the past for a spacious, modern facility.
The new layout features wider aisles and dedicated sections for gear and apparel, allowing us to stock a much larger inventory of the brands you love. With an optimized service counter and better flow for grabbing supplies, checking out is faster and easier than ever before.
The Patio at Emerald Cove: Your Lake Living Room
Need a break from the boat and sun? Step on the dock and onto our new and improved Marina patio. We’ve designed this space as the ultimate chill zone, featuring comfortable lounge seating, ample tables and chairs, perfect for soaking up the view.
It’s not just for sitting—bring your cooler and fire up lunch on our public gas BBQs, available for everyone to enjoy. If you’re winding down after a day of skiing or just waiting for friends to arrive, the patio is the perfect spot to recharge.
High-Performance Fuel: We carry high-quality 91 Octane Premium fuel to keep your high-performance engines running smoothly. (Fuel available only during store hours)
On-Water Propane Refills: No need to haul tanks up the hill. We can refill your portable propane cylinders right here at the dock.
Waste Pump-Outs: Full septic pump-out services are available for houseboats and cruisers. Note: Service is by appointment only, please contact the marina office to get on the schedule.
Potable Water: Fill up your onboard water tanks or carry-on jugs with clean, fresh water at our station.
Keep your vacation going without ever leaving the water. Our full-service dock is designed to handle all your vessel’s logistics so you can focus on the lake. We only carry high-quality 91 Octane Premium fuel to keep your engine running at peak performance, and we save you the haul up the hill by offering propane cylinder refills right here on the dock. We also provide fresh potable water for your tanks and jugs, as well as a septic pump-out station for houseboats. (Please note: Pump-outs operate on a schedule—just call the office to book your slot.)

The office counter serves as the central hub for all marina operations. Whether you are arriving to check in for a boat rental, managing your seasonal slip, or need to get on the schedule for a pump-out, our office staff is ready to assist. Stop by for friendly advice, current lake conditions, or any other questions you have during your stay.

Towing Services: Safe and secure towing for disabled vessels back to the marina or launch ramp.
Mechanical Support: Troubleshooting for common issues, including battery jump starts and fuel delivery.
Vessel Recovery: Professional assistance for swamped, stranded, or sunken vessels.
- Spill Containment: Rapid deployment of absorbent booms and pads to contain fuel or oil leaks to protect the lake.
Engine trouble doesn’t have to ruin your day. Our Marine Assistance team is on standby to handle the unexpected, from dead batteries to mechanical breakdowns. We operate a fleet of capable work boats staffed by experienced crew members ready to respond quickly. Whether you need a tow back to the marina, a jump start, or complex vessel recovery, we have the tools and expertise to get you and your boat back safely.
Towing and on-water assistance rates start at $150 per hour (portal-to-portal). After-hours and emergency response services are subject to additional surcharges. Please contact the office for specific salvage or recovery quotes. An after-hours surcharge goes into effect if the service goes beyond our normal service call hours.
NEW FOR 2026 · ON THE DOCKS
Gold Country Cuisine — Dockside Food Truck
New for the 2026 season: a chef-driven food truck on its own barge, tied right up to the marina docks and run by Gold Country Cuisine. The crew trained in the culinary arts and cooks everything fresh to order — real food, not gas-station snacks. Open Thursday – Sunday, 12 – 7 PM, with the NFL on the TV during game days. Pull your boat up, walk off the houseboat, or come down from camp and eat with your feet over the water.

Overnight Side-Ties
Maximize your time on the water and skip the hassle of the launch ramp. Our Overnight Side-Tie program is the perfect solution for campers and houseboat guests who want to keep their ski boat, pontoon, jet ski, or fishing rig on the water. Simply purchase a nightly permit at the Office and tie up in our designated marina zones. It’s the easiest way to end your day—just park, cover, and head to camp.
Skip the Launch Ramp Body: “Don’t let the daily launch ramp shuffle cut into your vacation time. Our Overnight Side-Tie Permits are the ultimate convenience for campers and houseboat guests. Simply secure your vessel at the marina for the night, cover it up, and head to camp. When the sun comes up, your boat is in the water and ready to go—no trailering required.
Important Operational Note: To ensure the marina remains accessible for fuel and store traffic, this service is strictly for overnight storage only. Boats must be out on the lake enjoying the day and cannot be left tied to the dock during daylight business hours.

The boat must be off the dock from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm even if you have it for multiple days
Boat Slips
Lease A Slip
Spend more time on the lake rather than on the boat ramp this year by leasing a slip for the season! Emerald Cove Marina offers slips for boats up to 33’ from April 15th to October 15th. We also offer short term, overnight dock space for vacationers on a per night basis. (See side-ties above)

Winter anglers: our Fish & Stay packages (Nov 1 – Apr 30) include a designated slip with power for your fishing boat right beside the Opal.
